Matt Bloomfield interview: Bouncing back from Luton heartbreak and why leadership is in hi

Matt Bloomfield has spent his adult life playing football, so Christmas at home is rare. However, it doesn’t mean he gets time off. Since leaving Luton he’s visited Premier League clubs and Championship clubs. Reading is also research for him.Sky Sports reports that he has just begun reading Gareth Southgate’s book. “I admire his conduct and how he treats others. “I am also reading Eleven Rings, by Phil Jackson.” It is not a matter of escapism to study the career of legendary basketball coach Phil Jackson.

Only Burnley and Leeds had more points in the Championship from March to the end of the season. He was proud of the work he did last year. “We turned it around. To change the form of the club, it was a huge amount of work. We felt that we had changed the mentality of the entire club.”He continues: “The three previous away wins came in three different years.
