Fans were treated to a brief street wrestling session between Khamzat Chimaev, the current middleweight champ of Russia and UFC legend Jon Jones. The two were wearing regular clothing for the cold Russian climate, but engaged in a short move around.
The footage posted on social media shows that Chimaev beat Jones. The American then ran away laughing, yelling “no,”Asking the attendees not to record video.

Fans have started to believe that Chimaev can only be good at grappling, after his dull victory over Dricus Plessis for the world title. Fans also believe he has trouble understanding social cues. One wrote: “Chimaev doing too much like usual, it seems he often has a hard time reading social situations.”
One person pointed out the hypocrisy of Chimaev’s behavior with Jones, after he had attacked Ian Machado Garry behind-the-scenes for a joking exchange. “Complains about Garry touching him,”One fan wrote. “But greets Jon Jones with unsolicited wrestling and takes him down.”
