Carlos Prates becomes a ‘ring boy’, sweeps the mat and dances through brawl in outlandish

Carlos Prates had himself an exciting night out while appearing at an MMA show in Hungary this evening.

The Brazilian was in town for an autograph session and to be a guest of honor at CombatX’s latest show, but got a whole lot more than he bargained for. Prates is one of the most popular rising fighters in the UFC, and is one of the top contenders for a shot at welterweight gold.

After heading to Australia to knock out former world champion Jack Della Maddalena last month at UFC Perth, Prates has been enjoying himself around the world. And his latest stop was in Hungary for a particularly wild night.

Carlos Prates has night of his life in Hungary

While the action inside the cage at CombatX may have been exciting, the biggest stories seemed to come from Carlos Prates‘ appearance at cageside. One clip that went viral on X showed two fighters going head-to-head before brawling in the middle of the cage.

During the whole ordeal, Prates can be seen giggling and laughing, before breaking into a dance as he shows his enjoyment. However, this was not the only clip-worthy moment from the welterweight, who is a fan favorite.

After spending a considerable amount of time meeting fans, Prates got into the cage first to sweep up sweat and blood from an undercard bout. Then, he decided to take on the role of ‘ring boy’, carrying the cards between rounds.

In the caption of his post from the night, Prates wrote: “Baguio gone crazy here in Hungary,” alongside a laughing emoji.
