You can find fantasy basketball value in all-around performers who average at least 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 5 assists. These players are ideal targets for your NBA Fantasy team because they can boost multiple fantasy categories at once. Due to NBA injuries and lineup shifts, these triple threat contributors can give you an edge in both points and category leagues. Russell Westbrook is a veteran all-around fantasy option. He has played over 20 minutes in eleven of his fourteen appearances, and only two outings in which he played under 20. He started eight out of eleven games after starting three consecutive games. In his third match of the season, he scored 18 points with six rebounds, and six assists. This was the first glimpse of what he can do for the Kings. Three double-doubles have been achieved by Harden, and he has also had two triple-doubles. He averages 14.4 points per game, 6.6 rebounds, 6.4 assists, and 1 steal, which shows he’s still one of basketball’s best all-rounders. James Harden is the most consistent and effective player on his team in his 17th NBA Season. Injuries continue to affect his highly-rated teammates. He is still one of the best offensive talents in the NBA, scoring 26.2 points on average per game while shooting an impressive 37.6 % from distance and 92.2 % from the line. His ability to be a good distributor has elevated his play for years. He is on pace to reach over eight assists a game for the 8th time in his professional career. His 6.3 rebounds are the most he’s had since 2021-22. Draymond is not off to a great start. He’s shooting only 39.1 percent on the field, and 58.8 from the foul line. Despite this, he is still contributing across the board. His high-IQ playmaking has been a hallmark of his career. His 7.9 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.7 assists are all average for his position. However, his 5.7 assist per game is what sets him apart. Green is still chasing Stephen Curry who, while the Warriors have long since moved on from their championship days and are far removed from the glory years, has undoubtedly been the man to complete many of the plays leading to Green’s assists. Green is likely to rediscover his touch at the foul line as this is the very first time in Green’s career that he has shot below 65.0 per cent.
Stat Stuffers of the FutureLuka Doncic continues his dominance of the stat sheet. With an amazing scoring touch and great passing, Doncic is a leader. He uses his 6’6″ frame to his advantage with his rebounding. Doncic has averaged a career high 1.9 steals a game and is shooting 47.2 per cent from the field in 11 games this season. He’s the kind of player who could put up big numbers for any team. But he has a great unit around him with the Lakers. Austin Reaves helps relieve pressure on the backcourt. Deandre Ayton is also a good target to feed in frontcourt. Jaime Jaquez, who is a reserve player, has had a great start to the year, averaging 17.1 ppg, 6.9 rbs, and 5.1 assts in 30 minutes per game. It is clear that his production has improved significantly since his sophomore season. He is still reaching new heights, and has shot a career high of 52.8 percent. Jaquez, with his 6-foot-6 frame and excellent passing ability has the tools necessary to continue to have an impact in the stats. He has struggled to maintain significant playing time in the past. However, injuries within the Heat lineup have given him a chance to start the season without worry. Tyler Herro, on the other hand is expected to be back in action within the next few weeks. This could reduce Jaquez’s playing time, particularly if he gets into a slump. Amen Thompson has averaged more than four assists a game for the first three seasons of his career. Amen Thompson is posting career-highs of 17.3 and 5.2 points per game. He also continues to have an impact on the glass, with 6.1 rebounds each game. Thompson is taking over the Rockets’ starting point guard position in the absence of Fred VanVleet. This is an area he has proven to be more than capable of handling and which has contributed to his success. Although his shooting percentages have decreased slightly compared to the previous season, at 22, he’s more likely to continue developing his game, which will have him on course to become one of the best producers in this league.
Scottie Barnes has had a great start to the season. He is one of the most versatile players in the league, averaging 19,4 points, 7,7 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game. Barnes also averages 1.9 mistakes, while playing 32.7 minutes. His skillset is unique, despite being surrounded by other Raptors who are strong offensively. He has a knack for scoring in the middle of the court and battling with his teammates. He’s also shooting a career high of 50.2 per cent from the field. And 81.3 per cent from the free throw line. It shows he’s using more discretion, and has improved his approach. Aside from his size, his determination and commitment make him an effective defensive player. He will continue to contribute on both sides of the court. Dyson Daniels’ points per game have dropped significantly from 14.1 to 8.9, a drop of almost 20%. In Trae’s absence, Daniels has filled in admirably as a distributor, and is averaging 5.9 rebounds, 5.8 assist per game. Daniels was a standout last season for his defensive prowess, recording 3.0 steals every game. This season, he has continued to do well with 2.3 thefts. Daniels is still shooting 61.9 percent on the foul line. This is his lowest percentage in his entire career. If he doesn’t improve his shooting, it could have a significant impact on his productivity. Alperen has proven over the past few seasons that he can fill up a stat sheet. This season, he’s doing it again with averaging 23,0 points, 10.3 rebounds along with 7.4 assist, 1.3 steals, and 1.0 block per game. It is not only a testament of his work ethic, but also a sign that Kevin Durant’s arrival and the current lineup are working to his advantage. Only a handful of players at the center position have his dexterity and vision. Domantas Sabonis and Nikola Jokic are also able to match these skills. Sengun will be able to stay at the center of the action, and have a high chance of accumulating stats for almost every possession.
Other players who average at least 10.0 ppg, 5.0 rbs and 5.0 assts (these players were highlighted in one of my three previous weekly articles) include:Nikola Jokic. Cade Cunningham. Josh Giddey. Jrue Holiday. Austin Reaves. Stephon Castle. Giannis Antietokounmpo. Jalen Jalen, Jamal Murray. Julius Randle.
