    Sean O’Malley admits UFC 324 could’ve been his final fight if he’d lost close battle to

    Sean O’Malley now finds himself in a great position in the bantamweight division.

    While he might not get the next title shot, O’Malley’s win over Song Yadong this past Saturday puts him right back in the mix.

    The former champion was coming off of consecutive defeats heading into the first UFC event of the year on January 24 in Las Vegas.

    Now, Petr Yan has left the door open for a rematch with O’Malley for the 135 pound gold after his rival secured a unanimous decision victory.

    This result could lead to big things for one of the most popular fighters on the roster, but it could have also led to an early retirement.
