The Nevada State Athletic Commission is set to have hearings next week.
While the main event between Conor McGregor and Max Holloway didn’t deliver, this year’s International Fight Week card still produced some highlights.
Paddy Pimblett undoubtedly stole the show by submitting Benoit Saint Denis in the co-main event to blow the roof off the T-Mobile Arena.
Despite this, ‘The Baddy’ is one of three top stars that may not receive the financial rewards from his win, as a new update has revealed.

Several UFC 329 purses to be addressed at upcoming hearing for disciplinary reasons
On August 21, a report was published by Nolan King regarding the Nevada State Athletic Commission’s actions following UFC 329 in Las Vegas.
King writes that three of the event’s top stars could have their purses withheld, with hearings set to take place on Wednesday that will address this.
Max Holloway, Paddy Pimblett, and Gable Steveson are the three names mentioned in regards to “disciplinary reasons”.
King also shared a theory on what these fighters could be penalized for, based on previous examples.

It’s not uncommon to see security or commission officials attempting to interrupt UFC fighters’ celebrations after they secure a win inside the Octagon.
A member of the roster climbing on top of the cage or exiting it in the immediate aftermath of a contest can result in punishment.
It isn’t clear that this is why Holloway, Pimblett and Steveson’s conduct will be under review, though this seems like the likely explanation.
