Lorenzo Hunt sees BKFC champ this weekend as toughest opponent yet after 19 month layoff

BKFC’s most famous face is back.

Lorenzo Hunt, a former BKFC light-heavyweight champion who has won two divisions of the title, will be fighting to reclaim that title at BKFC84 on Saturday in Palm Desert.

Winner of nine out of his last ten fights, Hunt takes on the current champ Josh Dyer, who he TKO’ed in the fifth round back in 2021.

Hunt has just suffered his first loss since 2024, when he was defeated by former heavyweight champion Mick Terill. In the opening round of that fight he dislocated one arm.

Hunt has been out of competition for 19-months.

Bloody Elbow is interviewed by BKFC’s headliner ahead of his eagerly anticipated return to the Squared Circle.
