The UFC arrives on Paramount+ tonight as they kick off their massive $7.7billion broadcast deal with one of the sport’s biggest stars fighting a legend for gold.
Paddy Pimblett will finally get his shot at the belt when he faces Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title in the main event. Amanda Nunes vs Kayla Harrison for the bantamweight belt was planned for the co-main, but injury scuppered that plan and they’ve been replaced by Sean O’Malley vs Song Yadong.

Gaethje is a former interim champion who has twice fought for undisputed, while Pimblett is one of the sport’s fastest rising stars. The American is on his last legs and is eyeing one last run at gold before hanging up his gloves.
UFC 324 is an otherwise stacked card in Las Vegas as the T-Mobile Arena welcomes star names such as Derrick Lewis, Jean Silva and Rose Namajunas returning to action. Umar Nurmagomedov will also compete as he continues his path back to bantamweight contention.
The event is expected to be slightly delayed as two fights have fallen through at the eleventh hour. Cameron Smotherman and Ricky Turcios’ prelim clash was called off when the former collapsed, and Alexander Hernandez vs Michael Johnson…
