Joe Rogan fears that Alexandre Pantoja could be on the sidelines for some time.
The flyweight champion, who had held the title for many years, lost it in the most tragic circumstances on Saturday.
Alexandre Pantoja was injured just 26 seconds after his fight with Joshua Van in UFC 323.
The cause of the arm problem is not known, but a replay in slow-motion revealed everything.

Joe Rogan reacts to Alexandre Pantoja’s injury
Alexandre Pantoja appears to have dislocated his elbow in a wrestling exchange with Joshua Van.
After being knocked off balance by an attempted takedown, the 125lb heavyweight put his arm out to cushion his fall.
A slow-motion replay showed Pantoja’s elbow twist the wrong way and seemingly pop out of place upon impact.

“Oh no, no, no, no,”Rogan said repeatedly while watching the video.
“Ahh! Oh, man!
“That might not be just a dislocation. That might be a break.”
Should such fights be banned from competition?
