Jake Paul posted an update on his health after suffering his second loss.
The referee’s comments to Paul and Anthony Joshua mid fight about this not being what the fans paid to see summed up a lot of what happened on Friday night in Miami.
Neither man landed many significant shots throughout the bout, with fans booing a lackluster cat-and-mouse contest.
However, Joshua’s stoppage of Paul in the sixth round showed what many believed to be true, that ‘AJ’ would dismantle his opponent once he found a home for his power shots.
‘The Problem Child’ announced in the ring while reflecting on his loss that he believed he’d suffered a broken jaw, which he quickly received treatment for.

Jake Paul provides an update on his health after undergoing surgery
In a post on social media after his defeat, Jake Paul confirmed that his jaw was broken by the huge shots from Anthony Joshua on December 19.
‘The Problem Child’ was able to stay away from these potentially fight-ending blows in the opening few rounds before ‘AJ’ started to pour on the pressure.
Paul said in the ring that he plans on taking some time off after being consistently active since choosing to commit himself to this boxing venture.
