Six quarterbacks scored over 20 Fantasy points last week. Justin Fields is one of those quarterbacks that has been benched by Tyrod Taylor. Patrick Mahomes scored less than 15.3 points, as did Jalen Hurts Jared Goff Bo Nix Caleb Williams Lamar Jackson and Justin Herbert. In Week 12, Herbert, Nix Marcus Mariota and TuaTagovailoa are on bye. This position is not very deep, even in a league with only one quarterback. If you need to replace Fields, or any of the guys who are on byes, here are some suggestions. One of them is projected to be a top-12 QB for this week. First, let’s focus on a positive development at QB. Brock Purdy was back and he looked great. Purdy only had 26 passes to throw in Week 11 but he was as efficient as ever, with three touchdowns, averaging 7.7 yard per pass, and throwing his usual efficiency. Christian McCaffrey’s health, George Kittle’s, Jauan Jennnings and Rick Pearsall’s all make this a great environment for a quarterback. It’s important to note that this team ranks second in league passing yards while ranking 27th in rushing yardage. The team is dead last for yards per carry. Purdy, for the majority of his career, has been extremely efficient despite low volume. He has remained in the conversation about QB1 despite this. He could consistently finish in the top five QBs on this 49ers squad by averaging 35 pass attempts a game. The 49ers are expected to score 27 points against Carolina this week, and will face Titans, Colts and Bears during the Fantasy playoffs. Two of these games will be played at home, while the third one is in a dome. Purdy can lead your Fantasy team to victory in Weeks 13 and 14. You will need to have a backup plan for Weeks 13 (Browns), Week 14, (bye) but you’ll still be able to win the Fantasy championship.

Justin Herbert now averages 6.4 yards on each attempt this season, without Joe Alt. Sam Darnold’s last four games have seen him throw seven interceptions. Matthew Stafford is the NFL leader with 63 attempts to pass in the red zone. Cam Ward has a chance to take 69.7 of sacks. The Cowboys are the only team to give up more than 23 Fantasy points per QB game. Jalen Goff is expected to have a great week, as are Jalen Goff and Drake Maye. This is tied with Caleb Williams as the worst mark in football.19 — Baker Mayfield scored 19 or more Fantasy Points once in each of his last four starts. In their last five games, the Rams allowed a quarterback to score 19 points or more.
