Welcome back, Brock Bowers. The Raiders superstar tight end returned to Week 9 and scored 43.3 PPR Fantasy Points for patient Fantasy managers. The one monster game was enough for him to be ranked at the top in PPR tight ends per-game this season. Bowers is now leading the position, with an average score of 17.4, and Trey McBride on his heels at 16.2. Tucker Kraft, the third tight end, is injured and out of the season with an ACL. Dallas Goedert comes in at number four. Goedert has the highest touchdown regression potential of any player in the NFL, with A.J. A.J. Brown is the number five player. Jake Ferguson is number five, with eight Fantasy points scored in his two last games. Although there are a lot of young players to be excited for, we should expect that Bowers or McBride would be two or three more points than the other tight ends in the remainder of the season. It’s the same expectation that we had at the beginning of the season. George Kittle, the number three we had all hoped for, may have changed. Kittle missed significant time with a hamstring problem, and hasn’t performed as well since his return. In the three games since his return, Kittle has scored no more than seven Fantasy Points and has never had more that four catches. In Week 10 we’ll still start him, but it is only because of the name and not his past performance. If Kittle continues to struggle, it’s time to panic.

The Numbers You Need to Know
With Jakobi Meyers traded to Jacksonville, he may be at 30% for the rest of the season. Juwan Johnson was targeted on 17.8% Tyler Shough throws. Johnson, who was formerly the low-end TE1, is now back in the conversation after Rashid Shaheed’s trade to Seattle. It’s not only because of Jacoby. Oronde Gadsden’s five-catch streak is now four games. He’s a must start tight end.
