Benoit Saint-Denis is looking to cover every base in training ahead of UFC 326.
The French UFC lightweight contender has been enjoying a resurgence at 155 pounds this year after a two-fight losing skid pushed him down the pecking order in 2024.
Following a knockout defeat to Dustin Poirier and a brutal beatdown at the hands of Renato Moicano, Saint-Denis has gone 3-0 in 2025. Having spoiled Kyle Prepolec’s debut and then handed Mauricio Ruffy his first loss inside the Octagon, Saint-Denis knocked out Beneil Dariush in 16 seconds at UFC 322.
That devastating finish has put ‘God of War’ up to No. 8 in the lightweight rankings and earned him a co-main event against Dan Hooker at UFC 325 early next year.
Saint-Denis is hard at work training for that matchup, and even his neck recently got put through the wringer in the gym…
