The bodybuilder influencer – real name Larry Williams – dropped Vitaly within 90 seconds of their boxing bout at Brand Risk 15 on Saturday night.
During a pause in the action, it quickly became clear Larry Wheels had suffered a ruptured bicep.

Watch a doctor break down the injury Larry Wheels suffered
Although the injury Larry Wheels suffered looks grim, it’s something he could’ve fought through.
Doctor Brian Sutterer doesn’t believe there was a genuine need to call the fight a no-contest due to the injury.
“This is actually something he could have continued fighting with,” the sports physician said in a video shared to his YouTube channel.
“Yeah, it’s going to hurt, but this isn’t a dangerous, unsafe [injury]. This isn’t like a torn ACL or a dislocated shoulder. He very well could have continued fighting if he really wanted to.
“I’m not saying he should have, but this isn’t a dangerous or unstable injury.”
Sutterer went on to explain why most people who suffer the same injury don’t need surgery to fix it.
“Functionally, most people will actually not notice too much of a difference when they have an injury like this,” he added.
“So, this is not something that has to have surgery… This is one of the few tendon ruptures in the body that you do not necessarily have to have surgery for, and, in fact, most patients do not have surgery for.
“Obviously, in Larry’s situation, with what he’s doing, like social media stuff, his bodybuilding, etc., there may be more of a push to consider it because of really wanting that last little percentage of strength and function and also just for the cosmetic side of it.”

Larry Wheels admitted he deserved his injury after throwing an illegal punch at his Brand Risk 15 opponent.
After dropping Vitaly, the 31-year-old hit him while he was on the floor, which is a massive no-no in boxing.
“I really am ashamed to have done that, and that was the punch that tore my bicep,” he said post-fight.
“It’s totally detached, which serves me right for hitting a man when he’s down.”
If Doctor Brian Sutterer is right, Larry Wheels will be back in the ring after a brief period of…
