Derek Chisora is in talks with Dillian Whyte about a possible trilogy fight later this year. If the fight can be agreed, it will likely take place on the 13th of December at Co-op Live Manchester.
Both say they want a fight but Chisora only says “if the contract’s right”.Chisora said, “But it’s not right now.” “I’m ready for the fight but the paperwork must be in order.”I can guarantee that this fight is going to be fantastic,” he said. “Dillian is two up on me.” “The fight will take place in December. It’s going be explosive.”
Whyte responded, “I say, let’s do it, whatever.” I’m ready to fight any battle.
I just want to fight. I love fighting.”
Whyte has two wins over Chisora, but both were exciting and full of action. Whyte’s rivalry with Chisora began in 2016. The two had a split decision after Chisora famously threw a table in Whyte’s face at their final presser. They had a rematch in 2018 at The O2. Chisora won on two judges’ cards before Whyte knocked Chisora out in the tenth round.
