The UFC’s security will need to be on alert in Qatar.
All eyes will be on the lightweight division this Saturday night, as Arman Tsarukyan and Dan Hooker headline UFC Qatar — the promotion’s debut show in the Middle Eastern nation.
Both men are vying for a shot at Ilia Topuria’s title, and the champ himself will be watching events unfold in Doha from close proximity.
Topuria is also in Qatar, just like his rival Paddy Pimblett. The Spaniard will corner his brother when Aleksandre Topuria makes his second UFC appearance against Bekzat Almakhan on Saturday’s preliminary card.
