Conor McGregor has suggested that his UFC comeback is official.
The former dual-weight champion hasn’t fought since breaking his leg during a trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in July 2021.
A return fight against Michael Chandler was scheduled for UFC 303 in June 2024, but Conor McGregor broke his toe in training, pulled out of the clash, and insisted his comeback wouldn’t happen until he was fully fit.

Conor McGregor has been in talks with the UFC about his next fight throughout 2026.
Recent chatter suggests negotiations have progressed to the stage where McGregor’s comeback looks almost certain for this summer.
The Irishman seemingly confirmed that’s when he’ll return in a social media post on Wednesday.
“The rumours are true,” McGregor wrote on Instagram.

Ariel Helwani believes Conor McGregor will return at International Fight Week in Las Vegas.
The veteran MMA reporter recently claimed that only a ‘disaster’ would stop him from competing on July 11.
“I continue to say the master of good timing, the beneficiary of the best timing in the history of the sport, is Conor McGregor, because he is sitting there, being dramatic here, kind of burning down that meme of the dog and this is fine,” Helwani said.
