Sean Strickland has claimed that he would be willing to read a script for UFC promotion – as long as he can get out of filming sessions early.
The divisive former middleweight champion is not a fan of the recording sessions that are required to get B-Roll and promotional footage ahead of fights. He feels that his uncensored words aren’t going to get airtime, and that it is a waste of time unless they tell him exactly what to say.

Strickland is returning to action in the main event of UFC Houston next month. He faces fellow top five contender Anthony ‘Fluffy’ Hernandez in his first fight since a brutal defeat to Dricus Du Plessis last time out that cost him his second chance at the belt.

Sean Strickland became one of the most popular and well-known fighters on the UFC roster with his unique brand of trash talk and self-promotion. However, sponsors and broadcasters are likely not fans of his antics, which might make recording official content difficult.
And taking to Instagram this evening, he shared a video of himself driving to a shoot with the promotion. In the clip, shared to his millions of followers, he declared that he would rather just read a script and get out quickly than record a string of videos that are essentially unusable.
