Bruno Fernandes spoke about his loyalty to Manchester United. He also said that he believes they can restore their glory and win multiple trophies.
Fernandes said to Canal 11 that he was “hurt”, as the club would be willing to let him go to Saudi Arabia for the summer.
Ferdinand said that loyalty in football was once like [Francesco] Totti in Rome [Ryan] Giggs, United [Paolo] Maldini, Milan. I was loyal to the club during the most difficult times, but I also could have left twice.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes said that he felt hurt and saddened that Manchester United ‘was willing’ to sell him during the summer.
“The club told me ‘no’, and I replied ‘OK’, you gave something to me, so I will do the same for you. I didn’t get the time I wanted at the club because I wanted to win trophies, and I didn’t win as many as I could and should have.
“But I also think that everything I did for the club is still very important. I don’t take anything away from the other players who were here. When we were struggling the most, I was present at the club. I hope that everyone is aware of this because I had very good chances.
“I know I could have taken a completely different path, and won more awards. I also realize that people talk differently about me because I now have trophies on my shelf. Today, people tend to talk about whether or not you’re a good or bad player depending on if you have won or lost trophies.
