Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports that Lamar Jackson, the Baltimore Ravens’ star quarterback, has been taken off the injury list and will play Thursday against the Miami Dolphins. Jackson had missed the previous three games due to a hamstring strain suffered during a loss to Kansas City in Week 4. City Chiefs. He had been expected to play in Week 8 against Chicago Bears. ESPN reported that he could be back against the Dolphins this Thursday. Football Jackson started the week off strong with 869 passing yard, 10 touchdowns, an interception, as well as 166 rushing yard and another score. Tyler Huntley, a veteran backup, started the game against Chicago. He threw for 182 yards and a touchdown. Cooper Rush was the Ravens starter for the two previous games that Jackson missed, and the offense scored a total of 13 points. Baltimore is hoping the two-time NFL’s MVP will get the team back on track.
