Jake Paul will buy Ellie Scotney a brand new car after she became the youngest undisputed world champion in British history on Saturday night – but she can’t drive!
Super-bantamweight Scotney made history at Olympia in London as she became British boxing’s youngest male or female world champion to unify the four major belts. She did so by unifying against Mayelli Flores in the co-main event of Most Valuable Promotions’ first MVPW event.
And after learning that she gets multiple forms of public transport to travel over an hour to and from training daily, Paul vowed to buy her a vehicle if she completed the feat. Now, he has doubled down on the promise and could end up having to get her a G-Wagon.

Jake Paul to buy Ellie Scotney a car after winning undisputed title
Immediately after Scotney scored a lopsided unanimous decision win over Flores, Jake Paul took to social media to post a video celebrating her win. And he confirmed that she would be getting a car for her troubles after his initial promise.
“Ellie Scotney, absolutely incredible fight of the year contender,” Paul declared in a video seen tens of thousands of times. “MVP has a brand new car coming your way, congratulations Ellie, undisputed, absolutely incredible.”

When Scotney learned of the prize, she joked that she was looking for a G-Wagon, which Paul replied to on Instagram stories by jokingly saying “Oh no”.
Asked by Bloody Elbow what car Scotney can realistically expect, Most Valuable Promotions boss Nakisa Bidarian explained: “We just need Ellie to get her license and as soon as she gets that she’s she’s getting a car.
“We’ll talk to her about what makes sense and what she wants. I know she’s put out the G Wagon already. So, if that’s really what she wants, we’ll try to figure that out for her.”
