Jake Paul and Anthony Joshua have made their showdown official – and it is happening in a matter of weeks.
The heavyweight bout will replace the fight between Paul Davis and Gervonta that was scheduled to take place last Friday. They will meet in Miami at the Kaseya Center, marking Joshua’s return to America for the first time since his infamous Madison Square Garden defeat to Andy Ruiz Jr.
Paul and Netflix paid DAZN an astronomical fee to let Joshua fight on their platform. Joshua is a huge star around the world and has signed an exclusive contract with the broadcaster for 2022. However, his fortunes since then have been less than ideal.
