Islam Makhachev made a shocking announcement about his future in the sport ahead of his UFC 322 welterweight title bout.
The UFC 322 event is set to take place this Saturday at Madison Square Garden. This will be the first time that the premier promotion has returned there.
Despite his sheer dominance in the sport up until this point, Della Maddalena is widely regarded as Makhachev’s toughest test to date, with there being an uncertainty around how he will match up at 170lbs.
