In 2023, he decided to give up the promotion and look for greener pastures. He thought it would be the PFL where he’d only ever fought.
His relationship with the PFL appears to be strained and it’s unclear how long he’ll stay with them. He is so desperate to get interest in a fight with Jon Jones that he has tried again to drum up support.
