Two potential Conor McGregor opponents ruled out
Conor McGregor was supposed to make his comeback against Michael Chandler in June 2024.
Unfortunately, the Irishman suffered a broken toe in training before withdrawing from their UFC 303 matchup.
Chandler hoped he’d get the call to face McGregor, who wanted to end their rivalry at the White House.
Dana White recently shut down McGregor vs Chandler, insisting he’s no longer interested in the fight.
The UFC CEO also ruled out Colby Covington as an opponent when rumors emerged online.
White called a report about McGregor vs Covington headlining on June 14 ‘total BS’.
UFC White House matchmaking has started, so it’s just a matter of time before McGregor’s fate is revealed.
