During the Karate Combat 59 face-offs, Zion Clark pounced on Valter Walker, sparking a scuffle between the two competitors.
The pair will grapple against each other on the Karate Combat 59 event scheduled to take place this coming Friday from Miami, Florida.
Valter Walker has been cutting his teeth in the UFC since 2024 and he is currently on an impressive four-fight win streak which has seen him enter the top 15 of the heavyweight rankings.
Zion Clark on the other hand has been inactive since 2022 when he impressively made his MMA debut, winning the fight via unanimous decision.

Ahead of their bizarre grappling match on Friday, Walker and Clark faced off for the final time this Thursday afternoon during their pre-fight face-offs.
And during that face-off, things immediately got heated when the Brazilian seemed to mock Clark before the American grabbed his arm and pulled him to the ground.
Whilst on the ground, Clark seemed to grab Walker in a front headlock and seemingly ripped a few punches to his body.
Fortunately, security stepped in and pulled the two apart before things got any worse.
Despite that, whilst Walker was being held back by security, he attempted to throw a kick at Clark, which fortunately didn’t land.
“Everybody thinks I’m gonna take it easy on him because he has no legs. I will smash this motherf—–,” Walker said following the incident.

Walker will return to the UFC following grappling match
Following his grappling match against Clark, Walker will return to the premier MMA promotion where he will hope to continue his rise up the rankings.
On March 28, the 28-year-old will fight in the biggest fight of his career thus far when he takes on UFC veteran, Marcin Tybura at UFC Seattle.
