Orthoptic evaluations revealed impaired binocular coordination, and restricted ocular movement.
Bilateral traumatic Brown’s eye syndrome, indicating disruption of the superior oblique tendon-trochlear mechanism
Persistent diplopia (double vision)
Visual acuity reduced post-trauma with best corrected acuity
Perimetry confirmed marked impairment of peripheral vision by automated perimetry
Fracture of the medial orbital wall on the right.
