After graduating from the University of Huddersfield with a degree in Sports Journalism in 2018, he joined the Snack team eight months later. While a passionate Arsenal fan, he’s covered clubs from Leeds United and Celtic to Sunderland. His knowledge of football is vast. Matt became the chief editor at FFC in late 2020 after serving as an assistant editor.
His experience counts work at the Press Association, where he was featured on Sky Sports & The Daily Mail. He was the Arsenal Editor at VAVEL before joining Snack. Matt has also gained experience in club journalism, working with Chesterfield FC for the 2017/18 campaign.
His voice can be heard on Love Sport Radio and Arsenal Fan TV, as well as in various football podcasts.
