Jon Jones has hit back at Daniel Cormier as the pair’s bitter feud drags on over eight years after they last fought.
When they competed, the former light-heavyweight championships engaged in verbal fights on a regular basis. They even fought each other twice in the Octagon. The two also got into a physical fight at a UFC press event, before one of the many bouts they had to cancel.

The pair has never been able fix their relationship, even years after Cormier’s retirement and as Jones is nearing the end his career. Although they managed to do an interview together prior to UFC 309 there are still problems between them.

Jon Jones, Daniel Cormier and the rest of America were sniping each other online while they were eating Thanksgiving dinner. It began with Daniel Cormier commenting on an old video clip of Jones’ rival in Russia.
“Why is Jon Jones not with his family on Thanksgiving holiday?” Cormier replied in the Instagram comments section. Ever a competitor, Jones wouldn’t take that sitting down and immediately had to clap back.
