Viral street fighter ‘Winged C’ shoves rival after suffering brutal head kick defeat

Disaster struck as social media star and street fighter ‘Winged C’ was brutally knocked down and submitted in his APFC debut.

The comical fighting prodigy is best known for the bouts he has done on Streetbeefs. In these matches, he competes with a strange style and wears angel wings. He has had a great run of results with his amateur kickboxing career and MMA career, earning a spot on Anthony Pettis APFC.

Fighting under his real name Malcolm Schuyler as well as the ‘Winged C’ moniker, the Pennsylvania native had put together an eight-fight winning run across disciplines after losing his debut. He had to face the unbeaten bantamweight Austin Haverkamp in Albuquerque.

At APFC 21, the Winged C is brutally dropped and submitted

From the get-go, fans were excited to see ‘Winged C’ as he was placed in the prestigious spot of prelim main event for the amateur section of APFC’s event. The fight was broadcasted on YouTube and went viral with social media, gaining hundreds of thousands views.

Schuyler did his usual ring walk, but this time he went all out. He vaulted over the barrier and into the cage. As soon as the bell rang he went all-out on offense. He threw spinning kicks and even landed some decent shots while his mentor Demetrious watched.

Haverkamp’s experience as a teammate of multiple UFC veterans – one of whose jumpers he wore on his ring walk – meant that he was able to stay composed and overcome even a brief slip. And unfortunately for viewers, when ‘Winged C’ dipped his head he was blasted with a head kick.

From there, Haverkamp immediately jumped for the guillotine, which he locked in with ease forcing ‘Winged C’ to submit. The influencer, in a poor display of sportsmanship pushed the opponent away when he was trying to give him a hug after the win.
