Last week I ranked DeVonta over A.J. Brown and felt stupid every time I thought of it. Smith led the Eagles in receiving with 69 yard and a touchdown. Brown, on the other hand, caught only two passes for a total of 13 yards. The question isn’t whether to start Smith or Brown. Brown has played eight games so far this season and Monday was the third occasion he scored less than four Fantasy PPR points. In two other games, he scored between 7.7 to 9.3 fantasy points. He is very frustrated and it has been a disaster. The Eagles keep winning. Can you sit A.J. Brown?Probably not. The Eagles will play the Lions this week, which usually means a shootout. The over/under for this game is only 46.5 yards. This is actually low for a Lions matchup, but the Eagles implied total of 24.5% still places them in the upper half of Week 11. Brown will benefit from a game in which Jalenhurts has more pass attempts. Brown is WR34 in my first projection for Week 11. It makes sense since he ranks WR40 on FPPG. It’s not uncommon for a player to be ranked higher by his performance than he deserves. A.J. Brown is a good option, partly because he’s A.J. Brown is a great option if you already have two other receivers in mind, but don’t search for alternatives on the waivers to start him. Here’s the rest of our Week 11 WR preview:
