When Will Dart, Daniels, Purdy Return? Glazer Gives Latest on Injured QBs

Some injured quarterbacks may be back sooner than later. FOX Sports NFL Insider gave some encouraging updates about the injuries of New York Giants Jaxson Dart and San Francisco 49ers Brock Purdy following Sunday’s afternoon games.  Dart will spend some time in the concussion program after he was forced to leave the game against the Chicago Bears early.”I was informed [Jaxson Dart] Glazer stated that the player “has a concussion” and will be put into a concussion protocol. They’re not concerned about the long-term effects. It’s impossible to know the exact timing, since he must go through these steps. They don’t believe it will be a long term deal.Jay Glazer updates Jaxson Dart’s injury status, Jayden Daniels and Brock Purdy Dart had been playing well until he was forced to leave the field for medical attention after a running hit near the end third quarter. Glazer gave a clearer timeline for Daniels, Purdy, and Dart. Daniels, who suffered a dislocated arm in Week 9 and was sidelined permanently, will soon be evaluated. Glazer explained that “Marcus Mariota is going to be starting for the next two week, but the starting quarterback Jayden Daniels, he will be evaluated afterward to see how his elbow dislocated is returning and then determine a timetable for when he can come back,” Glazer added. The Commanders fell to 3-7 this year, losing 44-22 to the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Washington will face the Miami Dolphins next week in Spain before its bye week. After their bye, the Commanders will host the Denver Broncos. As for Purdy,  Glazer said the Niners expect him “to return to the starting lineup next week, barring any setback this week.Purdy, who has missed eight of the 49ers first 10 games due to an injury to his toe, was limited in practice over the past four week. Purdy would have sat next to Mac Jones had he been active in Sunday’s loss against the Los Angeles Rams. Jones got the 49ers off to a good start with a score of 6-4, but San Francisco was defeated by Los Angeles 42-26.
