Khamzat chimaev’s return to the ring has been tied to many fights, but the most important is a possible first defense of the crown against Nassourdine Imavov.
However, on the back of the above-mentioned Alex Pereira’s incredible knockout win over Magomed Ankalaev last month, the Chechen star staked his claim for a future fight with the Brazilian.
The current middleweight champ was so confident he would win that he claimed he could defeat Pereira and a record-breaking trainer in the same evening if the UFC sanctioned it.
