The UFC 321 Pay-per-View in late Oct. was an anticlimactic event due to the French Heavyweight.
Gane’s eye poke against Tom Aspinall rendered the heavyweight champion unable to continue in the first round of their undisputed title fight, resulting in a no contest.
Some have controversially directed Aspinall’s anger and accused him to be looking for an escape from the fight. Bas Rutten, a UFC legend, has criticized Gane over the foul.
