Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports that Bryce Young, the Carolina Panthers’ quarterback, is likely to miss the Buffalo Bills’ game this week after suffering a high ankle sprain in Sunday’s match against the New York Jets. Young left the game during the third quarter when it appeared he had been stepped on as he was sacked. Andy Dalton took over as the quarterback. Young was 15-of-25 with 138 yards, a touchdown and one sack before leaving the game. He also rushed for 10 yards.It’s been an up-and-down season for Young, who had three interceptions in the team’s first two games (both losses) but has a 7-to-2 touchdown-to-interception since.
